She prepares multiple healthy, home cooked dinners, and all you do is heat them up. Chef Jessica interviews her clients to discover their food preferences, does the grocery shopping, and comes to their homes with all of her own equipment and tools of her "portable kitchen."

Chef Jessica focuses on healthy meals emphasizing nutrition while not sacrificing flavor. Her extensive background in cooking has enriched her experience with special diets and she has experience and knowledge of many including celiac, ketogenic, low carb, diabetic, vegan, metabolic type, and others. She the meals for her clients, and refrigerates or freezes them for her clients' later enjoyment. The food is also labeled clearly with explicit handling instructions and directions so that there is never any guesswork involved. "I enjoy customizing the menus for each of my clients, " says Chef Jessica. "No two menus are exactly alike. For this reason, I have each client do an assessment with me. This determines the client's food preferences as well as any special dietary or medical parameters. During the assessment, I also find out how they like their food (hot, mild, garlic, no onions?). If they just can't stand something, I will make certain that they never have to see or taste that item."

Some of my clients schedule weekly or every two weeks," says Jessica, " while others find that every month is sufficient for their needs. The statement I hear repeatedly from my clients is how wonderful it is to come home to beautiful home-cooked meals in which they did not have to spend their valuable time shopping, cooking and cleaning."
